Our founder grew up in a Chinese merchant family. As a child, factories were his playground. He ran through them every day — long before he understood what any of it meant. From childhood, he was immersed in this world — watching factories process orders, seeing how goods were sourced, negotiated, priced, and shipped. He didn't just observe from the outside. He lived inside it. Every trick, every trap, every unspoken rule that most outsiders never even notice — he experienced firsthand. His father was a successful businessman who wanted the same for his son. From an early age, he taught him that honesty and integrity are the foundation of everything in business — 诚实守信. That lesson became a lifelong principle. But perhaps commerce was never his path. He didn't have the instinct for business. And then, almost by accident, he passed China's Legal Professional Qualification Examination. That childhood immersion, combined with the legal credential and 15 years of deep frontline case work, built an understanding that very few people can match.

For many years, he served as the exclusive legal advisor to a major automobile company in the Middle East Dubai region. He became close with the company's owner — more like brothers than business partners. Through years of constant communication, together they encountered case after case of foreign buyers losing money while doing business with Chinese factories. All kinds of problems — contract issues, supplier disputes, payment traps, quality failures — the situations varied, but the outcome was often the same: the foreign buyer took the loss. That shared experience planted an idea — to use his legal expertise and years of accumulated knowledge to build a platform that genuinely protects overseas buyers before problems start.
